Right now, we’re recruiting the diverse, inclusive and multidisciplinary team that will
redefine drug discovery and realise the promise of digital biology for all.
This is usually a screening call (or two) where we learn more about each other.
This is where we give you a take-home task or conduct a scenario interview.
Deeper technical interviews and introductions with other Isos - we want to make sure this is somewhere you want to be, too.
A chance to meet the hiring or senior management team.
If everything goes well, this is where we invite you to join the team at Iso.
Right now, we have teams operating in two great cities: London (UK) and Lausanne (Switzerland). We always tag the location of any open roles at Iso so you know where you’d be working.
That’s exactly how we like it. We all work in the office three days a week; the other two days a week, it’s up to each Iso where they want to be.
If you’ve got needs that mean you can’t work in this hybrid way – that’s okay, too. Let us know during your screening call, and we can talk more about it then.
Great ones! They include pension contributions, health and wellness benefits, enhanced parental support and development opportunities.
For jobs in London, yes. We can help with visa applications and sponsorship to the UK.
For jobs in Lausanne, no. If the role is based in Switzerland, you’ll need to have the right to work there before you apply.
As for relocation support - absolutely. The talent acquisition team will tell you more about how we help new Isos and their families to make the move.
Of course. We ask every candidate what kind of accommodations they may need - and always with plenty of notice.
We’re reviewing applications all the time, and will reply to everyone to let them know whether or not they have been invited for an initial call.
We want to make sure we’re running a fair recruitment process. That means we sometimes leave roles open for extended periods of time to allow more people to apply.
We find it’s better if you apply for one open role at a time. Our talent acquisition team always compares a candidate’s skills and experience against multiple job opportunities to see if you might be a better fit for a different position at Iso.
If we interview you but it doesn’t go any further, we try our best to let you know within a few days.
Because of the sheer number of applications we get every day, as much as we would like to, we will not be able to provide feedback to applicants who do not make it to the interview stage.
We don’t recommend applying for the same job more than once a year.
We’ll also get in touch with you if we think there’s another role you should apply for instead.
Tell us you’re interested in joining the team by applying to one of the ‘General Application’ openings on our careers page.
Keep an eye on our social feeds on Twitter and LinkedIn and the careers page – we’re a growing team, and new roles (technical and operational) come up all the time.
Most of our interviews happen on Google Meet. If we do invite you to come into the office for an in-person interview, we are happy to reimburse reasonable travel and accommodation costs.
No thank you. We’re keen to build our own talent pipelines and rarely need external support.
If we do need extra help, we prefer to call on our preferred suppliers (a list we review regularly). If you want to be on that list, email us and let us know how you think you could help.
We’ll keep your details on file and may be in touch in the future – there’s no need to follow up regularly.
